Arrival Story:
My friend was rescuing stray cats in her neighborhood and finding homes for them. JayJay's mom and her 8 kittens were among the cats she tried to rescue. One day Jayj's mom ran away and took 4 of the kittens with her. My friend and I raised the 4 remaining kittens. She found homes for the other 3, but JayJay, the runt, stole my heart. Whenever I picked him up, he would purr. I couldn't bear to let him go.
Bio:
JayJay grew from a tiny little runt into a big fat boy. At one point during his kittenhood, he became very weak and lethargic. My boyfriend (Jayj's Daddy) and I took him to the vet, and soon he was back to his playful, purring self. That incident cemented the bond between JayJay and me, and between Daddy and me.
