Lost & Found

Buddy can' t write in his diary, he's grounded!! he's a baaad kitty! I got home one night, didnt see him come to greet me. Ok, I guess he's napping. Had supper, put out his & Xena's food, he never came to eat it. Rattled the treats, no Buddy cat. Soooooooo I tore the place apart, looked in dresser, everywhere.. no cat. Ok, people were moving out , thought maybe he got out & with all the doors open, UH OH!! Went down & asked super, but nope, nobody found a scared kitty anywhere. Back upstairs I go, print out a ton of missing cat posters, start taping them up all over the building, shops across the street, telephone poles.... By now it's 1am, so after giving the apartment another check, I give up & try to sleep, planning who to call etc in the morning. Well doesn't Xena pounce on me around 6am & then try to dig into the bottom dresser drawer?? well sure enough, move the boxes from in front of it & yep, there's Mr. Bud, napping in a pink nightie......Didn't know whether to hug him or lock him back up!! crazy cat-----must snuck in through a higher drawer & wormed down to the bottom one, it's the only one I didn't check as there was stuff piled in front of it so I knew he couldn't have opened that one!
After getting up & taking down all the posters, went back for a nap & didn't the little rascal try to open that drawer & get back inside it??
BAAAAAAD kitty, scaring everyone like that! At one point I even had poor little Xena out in the hallway (she's terrified of being outside the door!) so she was crying real loud, thinking if anyone had "found" Buddy, he'd try to get out when he heard her.. What a day!! So needless to say, he's grounded without priveleges for a month, BAAAAD kitty!! just real glad he is OK though!

Well it official, I am two or as close as we know!

Still missing the big old dog Jake that used to live wif us, and dis kitten momma brought home last year has grown into a real pain in da butt--truly! She just won't let me alone--but all in all it's been good.. When I help mom take the trash to the rubbish chute, she is there anxiously waiting at the door for me--she ignores mum & makes BIG fuss over me when I come back, even when I only been gone 2 minutes.

Hey, mum says I get to be shaved again tomorrow, loved it last summer when I could run around pretty much naked! Must get her to post a picture this time!

Ok off to partyyyyyyyy with the little brat & mum, I hear the Pounce can, must be treat time yay!
