Dear Diary:
Well I waited to write in my diary until we got a little settled.
The car ride down here was very loooooong and I talked to mommie almost the whole way. Well somebody had to make sure she stayed awake!
It's purrty kool here and now that we've gone from lots of boxes to lots of piles it's a lot better. I found the bathroom sink RIGHT away and that of course is my favorite spot!
A couple of days ago mommie got our pawlay area out on the porch done. All our toys are out there and mommie put together a cat wheel fur us. My brofurs like to go in there but I'm not sure about it. Doesn't look like a big gal like me would be too safe in there! Mommie said it was OK but I'm not taking any chances. I would be soooo mortified if I came crashing down from the second floor to the first. I mean, a lady must be dignified right?
Well, I must get back to my sink.

Things I like about this place:
1.) I finally have a bathroom sink again!
2.) There's a lot more room here!
3.) There's a lot of windows here! I could look out of them if mommie would just get the boxes out of the way!
4.) There's lot of other cats in the building and I'm hoping to make friends wiff them.
Things I dislike:
1.) All the stuff everywhere
2.) My brofurs are here too
3.) Too many noises. I suppose I'll get used to them eventually.
4.) I don't have a 4th dislike. I haven't been here long enough.

Dear Diary:
We are moving and I can't wait!
Mommie was gone fur 5 days to FL to find a job and a place fur us to live. While she was gone, my brofurs TERRORIZED me. When mommie is here she purrty much keeps them under control, but wiff her gone they went NUTS!
When mommie came back she couldn't understand what was wrong wiff me. Well, she wasn't back 5 minutes and there was fur flyin' ,cats rolling , growling, screaming and my eyes were as big as saucers! I have no place to go here in this room. I would run under the bed and they would follow me, attacking me under there!
I've been hangin' purrty close to mommie the last two days and if those boys even LOOK at me I let them know I'm not happy.
Maybe in this new place I'll have a place I can go fur some peace and quiet!!!!!!!!!!! Mommie says it has a nice screened in porch. I would luv it if they would let me hang out there. Well, 5 more days and then I'll find out if this place is gonna be exceptable.

Dear Diary:
The boys are sitting at the window absolutely mesmerized. They're not moving a muscle. This is unusual for them!!!!! Maybe I'd better go make sure everything is oaky. Usually I wouldn't care but this is momentous!
As I waddle over to the window they don't even look my way.......!!!!!!!
I hop up on the sill and still nothing.........What's wrong with them? Usually my presense causes a ruckus!
OMC...............The dumb squirrel is back! Only this time he is not taunting them in front of the window. He is scurrring around with leaves in his mouth. He's going up and down the tree with them and while he's up there, branches and all kinds of stuff is falling down! What the heck is he doing? I don't know but the boys are fascinated by it!
Let me scoot over here in this cornor and see if I can get a better look.
Well, shoo fire.......he's building a nest! It's a really BIG one too. This is interesting. I think I will stay here and watch as long as the boys will let me.

Okay, what's that red stuff on mommies plate? Think I'll go over and check it out.....hummmmmmm, smells good. Wonder what it tastes like.....Maybe I'll just stick my paw in it first........
Oh no,mommies coming back!!!! Darn, there's little red paw prints following me EVERYWHERE. What'll I do? I know, act cute and look innocent!

I'm shedding. All my fur is falling out! I've seen ads on that thing called the TV.........When human hair falls out, they go BALD!!!!!!!!!!
Am I gonna go bald? That would be absolutely pawful!!!!!! My beauty....it would be ruined!!!!!!

Ohhhhh, the boys are in trouuuuuuuble......!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't know which one started it (probable Tao) but mommy had her corsage (for those of you little kitties that don't know, that's flowers on a stick) from her boys wedding last year, in her dictionary. She was planning to use it in a collage. That's a bunch of pictures that you put together. Harley will like that!!!
They've been dragin' it around and it's falling apart!!!!! Mommies gonna be sooooo upset!!!!!!! She'll probably cry.
That's okay though, I'll take care of her. I'll go sit in her lap, look lovingly at her and purrrrrr. I know that'll make her feel better.
Ha! Those boys just don't get it.... They have all this "fun" but I'm the one that really gets the good stuff. High paws to me!

Yippeeeeeeeee! I found my mouse toy today. It's my favorite toy. Matter of fact it's the ONLY one I'll play with. It squeeeeekes when you bat at it. I had misplaced it last week and now it's found.
So of course I had to run around with it, roll on it and stare wide eyed at it until my paw jumped out and made it move again.
The boys wanted to join in but I wasn't sharing today!
P.S. I rarely share anyway......

To My Beautiful Girl:
You were my first one. When I walked into the shelter that first day and saw you there in the laundry room, I was struck by your beauty. I don't know what had happened to you previously but you were so wide eyed and timid.
As the days went on I realized that you were depressed. So was I. I would come sit on the dryer and talk to you as you lay there on the folded towels. Eventually you would come down and sit in my lap and then you'd come when I patted my chest. We would sit in there and console each other. We shared our deepest thoughts. We became best friends.
After awhile you started to come into my cat room to see what I was doing when I wasn't with you. You would sit and watch me clean, drink out of the watering can and hiss at each and every cage! Guess you were making sure that all the other cats knew I was YOURS.

Dear Diary:
Today I just sat and watched as the boys chased the "dumb squirrel" from window to window. What they don't seem to get is that he's not dumb at all. He's actually very smart. He comes RIGHT up to the window,teases them,WHIPS them into a FRENZY and then saunters off to shake his tail at the other windows. Truth be known,the boys are the dumb ones!
Me,I just sit here next to mommy enjoying all the undivided attention that I'm getting....Tao can be The Imperor all he wants....I'm the Queen Bee!
