Grace joins the family

week 3 May 20th 2008 2:59 pm we're having fun now! Grace has decided that dinnertime is the only appropriate time for giving and getting any loves. But during the dinner hour, she's a HUGE purr motor running, and she can't get enough! We also make a point to play with her every night before bed, because she's got a lot of the "kitten" in her still--meaning, she's up ALL NIGHT! She's got some major skills with the feather toy! I can see some fantastic instincts when she snatches that thing out of thin air and we have a tug of war to see who gets to keep it. (I ususally win...) But i do see that she's going to put Parker to shame when it comes to hunting bugs in the house. Hooray for that! She's still sleeping under the bed. And she's very shy of any strangers, but she's definitely gotten used to the household and I'm very pleased with her progress. Not sure when I'll attempt to trim her nails... not yet!
