Arrival Story:
Mini was born last May 13, 2007 to a feral mom here at the marina where we live on a houseboat barge.
She has a big family outside including many siblings and one litter mate, Kola. She is a tough little girl and managed to make it through the winter well, but after she lost a litter of kittens in March, i couldnt bear to see her have more (none survived). So i had her neutered and tested (all NEG) and made her the newest member of the family.
She has been inside since April 20, 2008 and is doing extremely well.
i think she wants to stay!

hi, im Mini...wow, what a crazy last few weeks its been for me! Why just the other day i was outside minding my own business when Daddy scooped me up and brought me inside.
ive never been inside before...ever.
i miss my sister Kola a lot...and my Mama...but not enough to go back out there!
i want to stay here forever...
Great news!!! On Sunday September 14, Kola was sick so Mom and Dad rescued her, took her to the ER vet and she is now living in here with all of us. i missed her so much.
On September 6, Mom and Dad rescued my other sister Karma. She was sick too(URI) but is now all better and happy with us!

OMC...
i am so blessed.
i was born outside, lived WILD for almost a year...
Then i came inside to my furever home.
Mom and Dad have always been my caretakers, but now i sleep in soft beds and am never too cold or too hot!
Then late last night, the adorable Bondi finally asked me to be his girl!!!
Life just doesnt get any better than this.
i am a lucky firl, and i know it!!
