Phoebe, just like her brother Ross came to me by peoeple giving away kittens from their trunk in a grocery store parking lot where my fiance used to work... We soon discovered that our poor Phoebe can't hear...

Even though Phoebe's deaf and we've had her for over a year- we still make the mistake of calling her and shaking the cat treats expecting her to come...
