Arrival Story:
Dunkin' and I met at my former job. I was working for a vet up north and one day this very friendly kitten was out back in one of our kennels trying to greet me by being very vocal and reaching out with his paw. I thought he might have been boarding with us temporarily therefore didn't make anything of it. Then, I had been off duty for a couple days and when I returned to work, there he was, still out back. Well! He was quite upset that I hadn't been in for a few days and he made sure to tell me about it! I then proceeded to ask my practice manager who he belonged to and how long was his stay. It was then that she told me that he was in for observation and he was having a complete exam because he was going to be set up to be adopted. By this time, I was already planning to talk to hubby about possibly adopting him. However, in all my years of being a kitty parent, I never owned a male and I was apprehensive to bring him into a home with two females. I then spoke with my vet who said it shouldn't be a problem, and educated me on what to do if I should adopt him and bring him home. I talked hubby into having a son and he has been part of our family since last October. He is now about a year and a half and he has adjusted quite well. The girls "tolerate" him. Punkin' just shows him who's boss and well, Maggie Mae, she is still trying to show him that just because she's smaller than he, that doesn't mean he can be so bossy! :)

Bio:
Dunkin' is extremely affectionate and lovable. He is also quite vocal when he wants your attention. He is one big cat! He loves to eat and he enjoys his treats. He's quite the charmer!
