Arrival Story:
On March 13, 2007, we heard a kitten crying outside at 4:00 AM. After an investigation turned up nothing we went back to bed, but remained concerned. It was very cold outside that night. A few hours later, the neighbor came over carrying a white kitten and asked if it was one of ours. I said no, ours do not go outside, but I could find him a home if they didn't want to keep him. Well, of course we ended up keeping him.
Bio:
Knut smelled like cigarettes when we got him, which almost got him named Winston. We gave him a horse bath and the threat of naming him Winston was gone. He was named after the polar bear at the Berlin Zoo. Knut likes to play with all the cats in the house, especially Munchy. He also loves mylar wands and the CatDancer (which he will bring to you).

We have a MONSTER in the kitchen! A horrible cat eating monster!!! I don't know where it lurks because sometimes I go in there and I don't see it. Other times, it chases me and I'm SURE if I'm caught I'll get killed and eaten up. Cubby says he's never seen a monster in the kitchen. How can he not have seen it??!! He spends so much time in there! I haven't gotten a good look at it, but it's dark and fast. When I see it I barely have time to get out one hiss before I have to turn and run. I know it's in there. And I know it's real. Mom's not afraid of it and she told me I shouldn't be either, but I'm no dummy. Mom even NAMED it! She said it's called "Pixie". I don't care what it's called, I'm not going near it!

Yesterday my mom found a single black fur on top of my head! I am so glad!! I was beginning to think I was adopted!
