Arrival Story:
I received an email about him from an attorney I had never heard of. His owner was going into a nursing home and he needed a home. This is one of my biggest fears, something happening to me and no one to take care of my cats. I was on a roll with adopting cats, 2 in the last couple of months so I emailed back that I would give him a good home. Well that wasn't enough for the attorney, I had to explain why I thought I would be the one for him. I had to give references with contact numbers. It was like adopting a kid. Once I was OKed, things went fast, I got to pick him up the next day. I had no idea what he would look like, what color, how old, nothing. Turned out he is a beautiful Himalayan, 4 years old.

Bio:
Romeo was adopted by his first Mom as a kitten from the SPCA. For the four years he was with her he had never seen another cat. He had no idea what to do with my 4 cats. It took a few weeks to realize they were FUN! Now he and Bob bounce around the house and terrorize the girls. He loves to be brushed. If I pick up the brush and call "brushy, brushy" he comes running and flops down in front of me.
