Arrival Story:
Missy came from a pet store in NC and I paid $32.00 for her in 1998. I had my own apartment and my mom and dad never would let me have a cat inside our home growing up. I walked into the pet store - only going to look of course - saw this cute cage of kittens and there was this fuzz ball that just stuck out to me. There were some others right at that same moment that were asking to look at her. They took her out and carried her around a bit. I was following them around the store in hopes they would put her back in the cage. They finally did and I heard one of them say they woudl think about it and maybe come back in about an hour. As soon as they were out of the store, I asked to see her and as soon as I held her, I knew she was coming home with me. I paid for her and got the heck out of dodge, just in case the others decided to come back for her. She's been with me ever since and Missy is the best $32.00 I have ever spent!!!

1. SLEEP!!!!
2. Rooting in clean, warm clothes- fresh out of the dryer

5. Laying in the window watching the birdies and squirrels and wishing I could get to them!!! MOL

Well... this is my first diary entry and I am totally excited... That's saying a lot for me because normally I get excited for 2 things - food and sleep!!!
I really like Catster- there are lots of cool kitties here just like me.
I surely do wish it would get a bit warmer down here - then mommy will open up the front door so we can sit there and feel the breeze and watch the critters outside. For now, I guess our ledge on the back room window will have to do.
