indoors Arrival Story: My mom's neighbor's kitty, known as "Mama Cat" had her 4th litter, the year I moved in temporarily w/ mom. I helped "raise" the 4 baby kitties, cuz Mama's owner wasn't, shall we say, an ideal care giver. We convinced him to let us adopt the kitties out, instead of letting them just wander off. Jelly, was the smartest, and bravest, and boldest and spunkiest, and most adventuresome, and daring of the litter. I'd named her "Magellan" - until we took them to the vet, and found out she was a she, so that's when she became "Jelly". She was, despite her brilliance, and awesome personality, the last of the litter still at the pet store, after a few days, and I realized that I just could not STAND to let her go, or see her in that prison for one second longer, so we SPRUNG HER FROM THE JOINT, and I've been Jell Jells mama ever since... Bio: Jell's was born in Upstate New York, in the CATskills, (ha!). Seriously. And she was the first of my kitties to move to the West coast with me in early 2007.
