Arrival Story:
Morgan's and his playmate Charlie (Also ragdoll} had guardians who after 9 months couldn't keep them anymore and asked their breeder to find them new homes together. Our daughter fell in love with the two of them and they came to her in November 2007. Due to her moving to Australia shortly, and my loss of our ragdoll cross called Prophet in January this year to old age we wanted to supply Morgan with a stable family home that would keep him forever.

Bio:
Morgan is a pure bred Seal Bi-coluoured neutered male who is now 18 months old. His reg number is 16056B-70002-1 He lives with my husband and I, our son and his adorable 2 year old pitbull cross girl called Honey in Auckland NZ. He is the most adorable and loving boy with a great personality. He has been with us for only 5 weeks and has settle into the family brilliantly. He has learnt how to control the dog really fast and is almost like a dog himself. He loves sitting next to you when you are in the bath and shower. He has learned that hitting the dog gets a reaction. (The dog actually wants to and expects to be hit, hence one eyes is closed as she moves towards him. She was taught how to play hit the dog by our other cat and hasen't quite worked out why Morgan doesn't play as well. He will learn)

Three Months At my new home

So much has happened since I came to my new home. Wow, I have learnt so much. I didn't like cuddles and kisses much when I strolled through the door but mummy and daddy have just kept on doing it, and hey it is really good, I lie on my back in mummy's arms and she gives me heaps of kisses and tells me I'm beautiful. (Like I didn't know that.. puuurrr)

I have a never ending supply of biscuits as well as breakfast and diner. I started off sleeping on the dressing table in mummy's and daddy's room but then moved to the bottom of the bed. They seemed to like that so then I learned that I could sleep right up by the pillows. No complaints from that action, so nowwww I even get to creep under the blankets and stay real warm between them. Dont usually make that move till they turn off the lights though. A boy cant be too obvious can he.

The first week or so I was allowed to go outside on my halter and leash, it was good cause the very first day someone let me out without my mum knowing and I spent all day alone outside till mum found me in the neighbours garden. I was sooo glad she did cause it was getting dark and I had heard her calling me all day but didn't know how to get back to her.

Now I am smart and I know just how far I can go and still get home with no problem. Going outside is great. A few weeks ago I even got to catch a bird and bring it home for mum. Don't know why but she took it away from me and set it free in the trees. I was soo proud to bring her a present.

I have learnt how to take care of that pesky pitbull. Ha, she is a wimp. If I sit in the hall way and don't move she wont go past me. She has to bark and get her dad to move me. And they say dogs are smart.

Two weeks ago my ragdoll mate Charlie came to visit while his mum was between houses and everyone thought that staying here would be the best place for him. It was the first time I had seen him fo three months. We had a few words to start with just so that he knew I am the boss. My mum made him sleep in the other bathroom with his tower and bed and litter tray cause she wanted to make sure I didn't think he was staying for ever. A few pounces and play bites let him know this is my house and since then he has been pretty good. Two ragdolls cant pick on the pitbull even better. Lol.

I had to be his chaperone whenever he went outside for the first few days so he didn't get lost so that was cool. He is leaving today cause his mummy has a new house, I will miss him a liottle I think but it will be good to have the place back to myself. Visitors are fun but it's nice to get back to normal.

I have grown quite a bit since I found my new mummy. Mummy bought me ping pong balls and a laser toy. She also plays chase the rope with me which is great. When Charlie came to stay his mummy gave me his tower condo cause it is bigger than mine and my mummy gave Charlie my smaller one. While he has been here we both share mine cause it has two top levels and I can sit just above him and tap him every so often. I must keep him in place occassionally.

Well better get going now, time to go stalk the gardens, my paws get muddy but mummy wipes me down when I came in.

Have a purrrrfect day.
