Arrival Story:
Simba showed up at my girlfriend's home as a kitten; whining but not letting anyone get close. It took me 3 days to catch him- 2 times I had him caged and he scrambled out. Third time I discovered his true passion- tuna. After a week locked in my bathroom to socialise him, he knew I was his buddy. I originally planned to take him to an adoption clinic, but clearly he and I wouldn't be separated.
Bio:
Despite the designation 'part feral', that's really only true for the first few days of taking him out of the great outdoors. I believe he was someone's kitten who got loose for many days. He was clearly following me when I spent time trying to catch him, and he cried at night like a baby, but when approached he would scoot away. He is still very wary of newcomers which is OK by me, but if he knows you he is as sweet as sugar. And very well behaved- better than humans. :-)
