Arrival Story:
I have been a mommy twice and I have lived in many neighborhoods and have lived indoors and outdoors. I don’t really like other cats except kittens but I will tolerate them if I have too! My human dad owned me before with his other family but I didn’t get to come live with him and his new family until about a year ago. When I first moved here things were tough because my new brother didn’t like me and was very aggressive. I thought he would get used to me and that I would learn to like him, but a year later we still can’t stand each other. He stalks me… so I used to pee to keep him away. I got in trouble for that so I was ordered to the Master Suite. Now that I have two more siblings (Gigolo and Sweet Pea) things have become easier. We can all go outside with supervision, but Zippy still tries to hunt me down. I try not to pee in the house and so far it’s been great. My human parents allow me to wander around the house freely as long as Zippy is locked away! The best time of the day is when my human parents settle into bed. That is when I get the one on one attention and all night snuggles! *Every time you enter the room, Cassie greets you with her special meow and she almost always wants a pet or a nose to nose interaction. *Cassie is a long haired cat who will not allow you to groom her but seems to manage to groom herself very well and always looks beautiful.
