Adventures in a new home!

Coming around...

I'm not too into all of these other cats at all and have been spending most of my time hiding under the bed. At night though, Mom has been shutting me into the bedroom with food, water and my litter, so that I can get some peace and quiet away from the other kitties. It took me awhile to want to eat, but the past 2 nights, I've ventured out to do so. Last night though was special... Mom coaxed me out from under the bed, and we had some special bonding time. I wanted to show her what a sweet kitty I am, so I kept headbutting and purring up a storm. I think she and I are going to get along GREAT.

Here I am!

Well, here I am in my new home, and I'm telling you folks, I'm here to stay. There are SO many things here for kitties...lots of kitty beds, a big kitty tower, lots of toys, treats, etc. Plus my new Mom is pretty cool too. I'm NOT too sure about all of these other cats though! There's this one especially, Imhotep, who is always hissing at me. I'm sure he'll come around though, and my GOODNESS he's handsome. A girl like me could use a handsome boyfriend like that!

So I'm missing my former Mom and Dad, and I'm a little scared here. Maybe it's best that I just lay low and hide for the next few days, and then all of the other kitties will see that I'm not so bad after all. :)
