Arrival Story:
My daughter, who was 8 years old at the time, begged constantly for a cat, so being beaten down, my husband and I finally gave in. We didn't consider ourselves "cat people" since we both mainly had dogs growing up. Chloe won us over. She came from our local shelter, was in a litter still with their mother, and my daughter was so overcome by the smell in the shelter, she wasn't able to pick out the one she wanted so my husband ended up choosing. She is such a sweetheart and has a personality more like a dog. How lucky we are to have her!
Bio:
Chloe had to share her new family first with Smokey, our lab/dalmation mix, and then Molly, our Miniature Schnauzer. She's never been comfortable having either one of the dogs around but at least with Molly there's an even playing field because they're both around the same size. She is an extremely loving and attentive cat and fits in purrrrfectly with our family!
