Ziggy has been adopted! He had all his shots, got neutered and has a clean bill of health. His new kitty mom is quite happy! Thank you to all who contacted me about him - you are the people who give me hope. =^..^=
Ziggy first found me while I was walking back from my car, he scooted right up to me and started meowing while zig-zagging between my legs while I was trying to walk (hence his name!). Nearly tripping several times, I was amazed at how friendly this little kitten was. He was wearing a collar, but there was no information on it, I figured he was someone's outside kitty.
Well, I was wrong. As the days went by, he got skinnier and skinnier. Apparently, some mean person abandoned him when they moved!!
Long story short, I feed him daily and give him lots of love. I wish I could take him inside, but our condo Home Owners Association has a strict "two pet" max kept indoors.
I've called literally all over the place and no one has room to foster. I won't give up, though and I don't want to bring him to the shelters here as they don't keep animals passed the minimum time very often.
He is too good of a kitty to give up to the "system". Do you have it in your heart to provide a furever home for this love-bug? He is soft, friendly and such a purr-bucket!
