Well guess what the human discovered last week? After 6 years of making her nuts, trying to be my friend, trying to trap me to have me neutered and calling me ELMER which I HATE - she found out the truth!

My name is SMOOZER, and I have a home and a family that loves me very much! My human found me outside her door (a few houses down) one day, 6 YEARS AGO dirty and hungry. She is a very cool cat person, and I went right to her. Someone had dumped me and she took me right inside, fed me and gave me love.

Once I knew I had a home, I decided to go and explore the neighborhood. I showed up at my second home where the human, also a cat nut called me Elmer. Life was great - free meals 24 hours a day at 2 places. I so enjoyed torturing her every time se tried to trap me, or tried to get me to come to her with delicious treats. I would run and hide and as soon as she went inside - BOOM I was there for the goodies!

Well...........Shadow and I are bestest buddys now and we hang out together all day. We hunt mice together, and he shares his catnip toys with me. We even share the food bowl at my second home, and have boxing matches.

My second home can now talk to me and I don't run away as far. At least she calls me by MY NAME now! She is still not allowed to have the honor of petting me - but one day I may just surprise her and let her touch me. na na na na na na - I think not!

And because she loves me for me - she sent my real Mom home with my very own Morgan's Pirate Bed which I am loving sleeping in when I am home at night.
