Boy is it a beautiful day here in Maryland. The sun is shinning, the temps are in the 65-70s. The windows and porch are open. We cats are busy watching the squirrels gather their nuts to hide. One squirrel had a large walnut in his mouth and was looking for a place to hide it. He was beside pappy's pickup and was going to hide it there. Duhhhh! Everyone walks there! They'll see it! Even us cats knew that! Than he decided that wasn't working, so he picked the nut up and tried a few other dumb places. Finally he took his nut and left. Don't know where he ended up putting it. Put I bet it's not a safe place.

Than we were looking a all the bugs on the window screens. Oh boy! What fun we are having...trying to get the bugs that are outside not inside. Our screens are full of those stink bugs. A few of the stink bugs managed to get in on the porch. Wow! are we having fun. Those things crawl and fly. Just when you think you have him....he ups and flies away!

Oh I am so jealous, I hope it cools off that much out here soon, that would make me a happy River cat. You better watch out for those buggies though, they sound awfully icky!

It's furrry nice here in Illinois today too!! It's about 75 and sunny!! We's are sitting in the open windows watching all the critters move abouts the yard. We's haven't seen or smelled any stink bugs but we'll look out for thems. Have a Pawsome weekend!!

It has been beautiful here in NC too, in the 70's, no humidity, perfect weather. Getting chilly at night time, but its great! I love this time of year! I wonder where that walnut ended up? Have fun trying to catch those stink bugs! I have seen a few this year on my porch too!

Ditto on the weather, here, too. LOVING IT!!
WE sometimes catch those stink bugs, we don't eat them, but meomy finds them in various states of dismembership! MOL!
She just says YUCK and cleans them up!

Fall is a wonderful time for looking out the window! The bushy tails are not here yet so we have to watch 24/7

Our weather here in PA is gorgeous at the moment also, 70's. Our windows are open, love it. And OMC do I know what u mean about stink bugs. Our swamped with them. Joey and I love chasing them but Mom really hates them.
