Arrival Story:
I saw his cute little face featured on the adoption page of a shelter. I knew that was going to be the ONE and sure enough, he was the cat that came to me when I visited the shelter. I fell in love on the spot. The week that followed was the longest ... I had nightmares that he would be given to the wrong person. Finally on January 6, 2008 Gaston came to his forever home.

I got myself a virtual pet to keep me company I am calling her "Lola" ... you can see her on my page. Lola is a very cute pig ... she is slim for a pig ~winks~ she is low maintenance yet adorable in her own special piggy way. I can cancel her anytime I want and exchange her for a rabbit, fish, chicken or even a monkey ... but I think a monkey might be too much at this time. happy Sunday to all of you on Catster!

...My beautiful Millie decided I wasn't the ONE! so I will stay single it looks like ... I hope Millie finds her prince charming she deserves it! As for me I think I might just go on an adventure in the garden ...


Busy Busy Busy

After my parents returned from their vacation ... we had a huge celebration for Eastern Orthodox Easter (my first). The week that followed was just as busy with my human mommy studying for a big test ... and off Dad went to Utah for a week (I had mommy to myself for 8 days)and I swear its been non stop around this house.

I have had almost no time on line to speak with my Millie and my friends which I am really not happy about because Millie gets all worried when I am not around :) ... Dad and I went for a very long walk ... when I see the harness I know its time for a walk and I no longer fight having that contraption on!

Did I tell you about the rat? I saw one on my walk ... it was kind of cute actually and scared to death of me MOL.
