Max's Madness


I have ear surgery Monday

I have this swelling in my ear. It's a blood blister that's so bad it shut my ear and I can't hear out of it. It hurts so bad that when gramma tried to swab the gook, I screamed and tried to scratch her. My human gramma has to take me in fur an opurration where the vet will get rid of the blister. I'm going to have to wear a lampshade until the ear heals so I can't reach my ear to scratch it.

Today is my murpday. I just turned 1, which means I'm done being a kitten. I'm a cat now. I wonder if my human grandma is going to give me a murpday party. She sed I'd have one. We'll see.


Why does Grandma foster kittens and then gets rid of them?

I just lost a foster brother to a new home yesterday. Why does my human grandma foster kitties I get attached to? She made me mad because she took in this real cool little kitten who was a lot of fun to play with. She named him Rocky.
Now he's gone--some lady came to pick him up and take him home--and now I have no one to play with except my kitty mommy Ruby (I know I'm not allowed to call her by her furst name but I'm doin it anyhow; after all, I am a teenage kitty). She's not always fun because she swats me on the face. and Grandma's no fun either. She always yells at me for scratching and biting her when all I wanna do is have fun.
