Rainbow Bridge
Gray Tabby

He loved getting his picture taken, snuggling with mommy, getting under his chin scratched.

The vacum cleaner, the celing fan - every loud noise was always that fans fault. The oven door being opened, and the sound of tin foil terrified him. Don't pet his belly!

Favorite Toy:
Jingle balls, fake furry mice, swatting at the fish tank, and the birdies on the balcony that I fed to entertain him!

Favorite Nap Spot:
He liked to sleep on the backs of my knees when I slept on my stomach. Next to my stomach when I slept on my side.

Favorite Food:
Iams dry, and Fancy Feast wet. He also wanted his treats and nip most every day!!

He was FANTASTIC at posing for the portraits I took of him for my photography classes! I never met a cat that could pose AS SOON as the camera came out!

Arrival Story:
My Dog Leia died during her spay surgery and I was devastated. We got another dog, but it didn't work out and my mom and step-dad found her a new home. One day my mom brought a kitten home with her from the pet store. I named him Tiger, and he was the love of my life. He lived a good long life, surviving a tyroidectomy, a double mastectomy, (non-cancerous), and diabetes. his pancreas even started working again and after a few years he didn't need insulin anymore! He passed away in Feb. 18, 2000. That day I lost my best friend. Now his ashes sit next to my beloved Caesar's ashes, while they are having a joyous time at Rainbow Bridge together with Leia.

I remember that that first few nights that he lived with us, I set up a bed for him in my room, next to my bed. It was a milk crate with blankets and a pillow in it. I was terrified that if he slept with me, I would smother him, as he was SO TINY! He wouldn't stay in the crate, and as tiny as he was, he kept climbing up the blankets on my bed to sleep with me. Eventually I accepted it, and tried not to move much at night. To this day, I tend to try to move as little as possible with the cats I have now, so as to not disturb them, a habit I picked up with Tiger! He slept with me from then on. Even when I moved out for 2 years, and came back to live with my mom, he resumed sleeping with me. He was a very loyal boy!
