indoors and outdoors Arrival Story: My wonderful uncle was dying of cancer, and Sammy was given to him as a kitten to hold and pet and love when "people" weren't nearby. Sammy LOVED being a total lap-kitty! When my uncle passed, Sammy was being picked on by the house dogs, so he came to live with me. He has been my love and joy ever since!! Bio: Sammy was born with a "balance" problem (probably cerebellar hypoplasia) and always seems to see *three* of things... so sad (but funny, too) to see him choose the *wrong* image and run into things. He's adapted very well as he's grown up, though. He doesn't *BAM* his po' lil' kitteh head into nearly as much stuff these days. He's also learned not to try to climb things like fences and trees.... all's well going up, but that mysterious branch that disappears on the way down is a real trick!. But Sammy loves to be in the "high" spot ... just like every other kitteh out there... I have a ladder that my kitties enjoy sitting on (I've built shelves on each rung)... Sammy just has to sit at the base of it & look up, and I know to put him up on a shelf that's high, but that he can still jump down from.
