Found him when he was only as big as my hand.

Bio:
I named him after a gremlin from the movie Gremlins -cuz he was always getting into trouble! He likes to flop right down-(not lay down- FLOP down) in front of you so you'll pet him. He gives nose kisses. Spike has the unique ability to be able to tell when you are just about done with your bowl of ice cream or cereal - and he's right there to make sure you'll let him 'clean out' the bowl for you! He has this amazing chatter he'll do at the birds outside! When I see a bird close outside, I'll start chattering like he does. He'll perk his ears & come running - it's like some secret kitty language! Spike has a thyroid problem, so he has to take a pill every night. He hates to take it and has this low groan like, "oh no, here we go again." I give him treats after his pill & love him up - so he knows it's for his own good. He has such a personality! I love him soooo much!!
