Arrival Story:
I was adopted at the age of 1 - my then mommy and daddy (who I still live with) adopted me when they found out what would happen if I wasn't adopted... I have been very happy ever since I moved in with Daddy. He loves me so much.

I had two other siblings who have since moved away after mommy and daddy split. I stayed with Daddy as he knew I was special to him. I follow him everywhere.

I have not had an entry here for a long time. Times have changed for my daddy and I moved in with a friend. I was very lucky to have a new loving home for the last 2 years. I had plenty of playmates there and everyone loved me. Sadly the last couple weeks and months were not good. I developed a cancerous mass in my lower jaw which made really painful to eat (OWWW!) and I lost significant weight. Sadly I went with daddy to the vet today and I went to the rainbow bridge. It was very hard for daddy to say goodbye. He misses me so much even though I did not see him much lately. He always loved me and he knows I am no longer suffering and in a better place. He knows I am the best cat in the world and he thanks all my friends here for my time together. Good bye Saffie I love you!

Well I love sitting on the window sill when the window is open and I get to enjoy the cool autumn breezes.... I also don't care for my younger brother Django (I just don't even if he's very friendly).

Last night I was sitting there minding my own business when you know who decided to say Hi. I didn't want anything to do with him so I did the first thing that comes to mind. I jumped backwards. I jumped so fast I pushed the screen out of the window and I went out the window too. Thankfully I caught one of my paws on the sill and quickly pulled myself back inside. Daddy closed the window and went downstairs to get the screen. Upon his return I went into the bedroom where it's safe (no Django in there). Daddy was not mad at either of us just glad I did jump and proceed to fall about 15 feet. Guess that's one less life I have (glad they give us 9 to start).

I am relaxing in the bedroom now while he is at work so I can sit on the sill without any worries.

I got a bath!

It had been a while since my last bath (well over a few years but I live inside so I don't stink so that's a plus). I gave Daddy a little trouble as my claws are on the long side and I dug into him a couple times. Thankfully the three of us are all clean and out of harm's way with the exterminator coming today to kill some nasty bugs. We're enjoying the comforts of his girlfriend's basement with plenty of places to nap, sit, hide, and be extremely cute. Speaking of which last night I caught my first mouse. I didn't kill it but played with it and let it go. I don't think I would want to make a huge mess of the basement if I did kill it.

anyway can't wait to come home and be queen of the house once again.
