Arrival Story:
I had a booth at a local art show and a couple kids came around with this scraggly orange kitten. They said they had found her being beaten up by some bigger cats and they wanted to find a home for her. As soon as I held her, she collapsed into my arms and started purring. So I brought her home, planning to foster until I could find her a home. After a couple months of fighting respiratory infections, ringworm, pinworms, etc, she was into that awkward 'teenage' stage, and she ended up making a permanent home with us instead.
