Arrival Story:
My husband and I were renting an apartment when we were first married. We were not allowed to have pets. As soon as we moved into our new house, we new we wanted a kitty. It was winter, so when we went to the Humane Society, there were no baby kittens. Over in a cage looking pretty was this beautiful Tortoiseshell. She was already six months old and her owners had taken her to the pound because they were moving. No one had wanted an "older" cat. However, as soon as we took her out of the cage to hold her, she was just so soft and gentle, we knew we had to take her home.

Bio:
Chloe loves to go outside. We didn't realize until we brought her home and really read her papers from the Humane Society, that she had been an indoor/outdoor cat. She stays in the house 99.9% of the time. But she occassionally slips through the door when it is opened before we can even see her! She loves to go out to have her favorite snack...grass!!!!
