Arrival Story:
A student brought Mr. Swiffer to me in September, 2004. He had been attacked by a larger animal and left outside her house. She cared for him as much as she could, and I agreed to take him when she couldn't keep him any longer. At first, we thought that he only had leg injuries, but it turned out that he had other injuries that we didn't find out about until later. Unfortunately, these injuries were not healing, and Mr. Swiffer had to be put to sleep on November 26, 2004. Mr. Swiffer was the best kitten that anyone could ask for. He was full of personality, and bossed the older cats around as if he were twice their size. I regret that things didn't work out for him. He will be missed.

Bio:
Mr. Swiffer got his name because when I first saw him, he was tromping around under a desk at school collecting all of the dust bunnies. I joked about him being a "little Swiffer," and the name stuck.
