Arrival Story:
A small hungry & dehydrated female tabby kitten followed? my daughter home one afternoon. Although she swore she tried to find its owners, none was ever located. The kitten's condition was such that any owners would have been suspect of neglect. Who leaves a kitten without food or water and outside unsupervised?????? My own favorite tabby "Marvin" had gone on to the rainbow bridge at the ripe old age of 15, so Alexus was adopted into our feline family, where she remains the resident "Queen"(pun intended) although spayed.

Bio:
Lexie earned her aka "The Squirrel" from the position she assumes when sleeping on me or the top of the back of my leather chair. While she isn't particularily playful with toys or her other family members, she does come when called and talks to me frequently.
