Apartment Next Door Available to RENT!!

My mommy owns the duplex we live in and she is currently looking for a renter for the two bedrooms, one bath apartment adjacent to us for March 2005.

Although we loved our old next-door neighbors, they did not have pets. We are hoping this time my mommy will find a renter that has pets too. However, Mommy says it is hard to find people that love and spoil there pets as much as she does us.

We keep telling her that the apartment next-door has great windows to sun in, good closets space to hind in and a fireplace for cats to snuggle up by in the weather months.

But most of all we keep reminding her that if she loves and spoils us there has to be other responsible pet owners out there that love there pets just as much and would just love to rent this apartment because it is so hard to find a good landlord that understand the joy pets came bring to a home.

UPDATE: Mommy found a renter for the apartment next door. Although they do not have pets now they are planning to adopt a dog. But Pepper and I are going to do some window lobbing to see if we can get them to adopt a cat instead.
