Arrival Story: She was my first foster (w/ her family) through my rescue group. Right after I declared that I wasn't going to foster because of the emotional pain it brings, I got a call about a litter of kittens in some rose bushes down the street from my house. They told me a few had been found there. I was at the house in a heart beat! I found the tiny litter of 3 with their mama in front of someone house (1 foot away from their door) in the rose bushes. I put mama in a carrier and the kittens in a jacket and rushed them to my car (the creepy people there also gave me another cat who had a tragic ending, all thanks to these idiots). As they grew I tried to not get attached, but when they had to move out of their crate into a room they stole my heart! As they grew I found myself dreading having to give them up, the week before the first adoption I was a wreck. I hadn't been that depressed in a long time. All the way to the adoption I cried, luckily someone else drove and kept me company. I walked around with red eyes and a stuffy nose all day, I thought they were going to be gone seconds after I got there. Right before the adoptions ended someone took Colonel Klink, their brother. For the next few adoptions not many were interested. Someone adopted Louise, and a little into the week I got a phone call saying that they were going to take her to the pound because her husband was allergic (this was Wed. or Thurs. night, they adopted her Sat! They new to give her back to us... all of a sudden they decided she has to go? Jerks! More adoptions... no one takes them. So I break down, tired of the constant crying, preparing myself for their leaving... Now their mine!

Bio: Humberto is her brother.

I was adopted yesterday, by my foster parents. The first few months of my life were hard, its never fun not having a family to call your own. I was adopted a while ago, but they gave me up, threatened to put me in jail! My life is great now, I love knowing this is where I belong. I have nothing to fear any more. I'll wake up next to my mom and dad every morning, forever! They bought me a new collar, with a shiney gold bell. Its a little big but it shows that I'm better than the rest of the fosters. I get so much more attention now! I can tell that their happier now. I'm so happy that I get to stay with my brother.
