Arrival Story:
I was shopping at Petsmart and was looking at canned cat food when what I thought was a rat crawled out from under the shelf. Turned out to be a tiny greyish kitten but he crawled back under the shelf before I could pick him up. Walked around to the other side of the shelf and out he came. I carried him up to check out and asked if anyone reported loosing a kitten but no one had. So, I brought him home. Poor guy had to be isolated for two weeks because the first FIV test came back postive. Which is how he got the name Ulysses. I wanted him to have a positive, fighting name so he was named after the Greek king . Next blood test came back negative and was I relieved. All I have to do is look at him and he starts purring. He is 9 lbs. of pure love and also pure mischief as well. Poor guy he has delusions of being Alpha and keeps getting beat up(not seriously) by the rest of the cats. He was an early Christmas present, I found him on Dec.1st. . I never wanted a Persian because of the flat face and almost no nose. But he's got such a great personality I can't help loving the little guy.
