Arrival Story:
As with most of my kitties, I met Tweeter through volunteering for a local no-kill cat shelter. We had 3 cats at the time and thought that was enough. But there was something about Tweeter I just couldn't ignore. Every time I walked by her cage at Petsmart, she'd meow pitifully and stick out her paw at me. This went on for several weeks and I finally begged and pouted enough to wear my husband down and he let me adopt Tweeter. I can definitely say our house has never been the same since!
Bio:
Tweeter has got to be missing the "no" gene. You tell her no and she just looks at you funny and then goes and does the same thing again. And she's so darn cute that you just can't get mad at her. She truly does not understand that she's not supposed to be doing these things. So you laugh about it, clean up the mess, and go on.
If you're wondering about the "Beaker" nickname, it's because of her meow. We knew she reminded us of someone or something but could never figure it out. Finally, about a month ago, my husband got it -- Tweeter whines just like the Beaker character from the Muppets!
