Arrival Story:
Lucy was a feral kitten. She was humanely trapped and brought to me with her two brothers for foster care and socialization. The plan was for all three to be spayed/neutered and adopted. Lucy was not ready for adoption as early as her brothers were. She remained a scaredy-cat... But, once her brothers were adopted, she became lonely and cried for companionship. That's where Bucky came to the rescue: Bucky cuddled with her and groomed her and let her know that everything would be okay with me... Even when she got used to me and my household sounds, she still never got used to having company or slight changes in routine. So, Lucy is here to stay! And, she is becoming less skittish everyday.
