He only liked to eat his nurto cat food. He was not a begger for people food.

Arrival Story:
Simba and his littermate Sebastian were brought to my parents home when they were only three weeks old. My sister had rescued them after the other three kittens in the litter had died. They were so covered with fleas, that their skin was not even visible. They were so weak, they couldn't even lift up their heads. I spent four hours de-fleaing them, expecting them to die in my hands as I worked to get every last flea off of them. We never expeted them to survive, but with a lot of hard work from both my mother and me, we were able to save them. Had there not been two, I'm sure they would not have survived. They kept each other warm, and we always knew who the sickest kitten was, by which kitten was on top. The top kitten kept the sicker kitten warm.

Bio:
Simba became very ill in the spring of 2006. The vet told us that he was in liver failure and we had to have him euthanized on the 31st of May, which happened to be our 3rd wedding anniversary. I still miss him terribly.
