Arrival Story:
My former roommate found her at the Phillips 66. The people at the gas station had been feeding her bean dip and begged my roommate to take her home. My roommate knelt down, and Diesel hopped right in her lap. At first we were just going to foster her, but she was a good friend so we decided to keep her. Since she was found at the Phillips 66 she was going to be named Phillip because, being orange, she was assumed to be a boy. The vet corrected that misconception, so she was given the name Diesel instead.
Bio:
We think she was hit by a car because when we got her she had a long gash on her shoulder. She had rather short, pale fur, but the vet said with the proper nutrition she would have a beautiful coat. She has since grown a gorgeous long orange coat. She is a good-smelling cat (she smells like warm sunshine).
