Arrival Story:
Our neighbors appeared one day with an adorable feisty kitten. They loved this kitten, but let her run wild, so she became half-feral. When the couple broke up, neither took her, so we adopted her.
Bio:
When we adopted her, she was half-wild. She freaked out in my house and tried to claw her way out of a window screen. I kept her closed up in the garage for about two weeks, so all of her food and love and attenion came from me. After a few weeks, she started coming into the house and interacting with my cats. After awhile, I was able to let her out again. She always stays in the yard, comes into the house often and sleeps inside at night (on my feet). She LOVES our dogs, and has made herself at home! She tells me she likes it here by licking the backs of my calves and ankles when she walks past.
