Arrival Story:
Angel came to our family in August of 2004. We adoped her beliveing she was 6 months old but found out later she was around 1 years old. Angel was so very small only 5.5lbs. We were told she was found in a dumpster with a broken tail. Our hearts just went out to her. We knew she needed a home with a lot of love. We have a large dog that is good with our other cat and felt that Angel would fit right in. But after 3 years we have come to admit that Angel is very afraid of our Dog. She runs from the dog and keeps hidden much of the time in the basement. We love her very much and she needs a home where she fells safe and can walk and play around the house without fear.

Bio:
Angels small size was due to her lack of food when she was young. She has gained weight and looking beautiful today. After a year in our home we noticed that Angel was having a hard time eating and we took her to the vet. She was a healthy cat but her teeth were falling out due to her early hard life and lack of good food. She needed surgery to remove most of her teeth. She has 5 left and is healthy in every other way. The vet said that the remaining teeth are good and she does not have gum disease just poor teeth. My family would like to keep her name Angel.
