Arrival Story:
Clawdia was a delightful cat from the moment we spotted her at the pound. In fact, she reached out and touched us. We thought she would tear the cage apart to get to us. How she begged for attention. My daughter and I had gone to the pound in search of a cat that resembled our cat Fire who had died in 1987. We found two cats that day and both came home with us.
Bio:
Clawdia was a real "One in a Million" cat. She brought us such joy. She played ball all day. When my husband would come home, she would escort him to the coat closet and retrieve all her balls that she had swatted in that day. She was funny and so polite. Unfortunately, Clawdia's life was cut short. She developed renal failure and, after a three week valiant fight, she lost the battle and crossed the Rainbow Bridge at the age of 5 years. My life will never be the same but I am so blessed to have had this most wonderful and special cat in my life. She will live in my heart forever.

From Clawdia's meowmy ~ Today, my sweet girl is 13 years old. She should still be here with us but, sadly, she was needed elsewhere. I never, ever miss a day of thinking about her and miss her as much today as I have since she left us way too soon at barely the age of 5 years. She blessed this family with so much joy and fun. The hurt never truly goes away after such loss but time does temper it a little. Days like today, make us sad again. I know she is celebrating with all her heavenly furiends. I love you forever, sweet Clawdia.
From Clawdia ~ Thank you to all my sweet furiends for my birthday gifties. My furever heart came from very dear and special furiends - Angel Wanda, Norman and furmily. I received my purrty birthday picture from Rory and his pawsome furmily, along with a giftie. Other gifties came from Mr. Sam, Teebo and furmily, Big Harry and furmily and Milo and furmily. All had very special birthday messages... I saw my meowmy's tears falling when she read my messages. Thank you so much for remembering me. I got a nice birthday message from DA TABBIES O TROUT TOWNE. Thanks to all for helping me celebrate my 13th birthday.
I have extra special reason to celebrate today. My earthly brofur Prince had surgery to remove a lump and he came through it with flying colors. Now the wait begins to see if it is benign. Could you say a few purrs and prayers that it will be benign, please?
