Annie is celebrating her birthday at the Bridge today with her angel brofurs, sisfers and dear friends. This is the 7th Bridge birthday for our Annie. I expect she'll be having her Annual Prawn Party as she did here with us on earth to celebrate her birthday!

Thankyou so much to our dear friends Orkney, Arrow, Tara, Zephyr and Bunty for the delicious prawn. It's so sweet of you to remember Annie's birthday and how much she loved prawns! She'll be relishing every morsel!!

I can't believe it's 7 years today since I left Mum's arms and made my journey to the Bridge. Mum still thinks about me often and the lovely times we shared. It's funny but every time she eats prawns she thinks about my "prawn parties"! MOL.
I was 16 years old when my first owner (my Dad) died and I went to live with Mum. She never imagined we would have 10 more wonderful years together! When I reached 21 years of age, one of Mum's friends suggested we hold a party for me - I just adored prawns and would go mad for them!! About 8 of Mum's friends came to my parties for the next 5 years on 14 January - hence "Annie's Birthday prawn party"! MOL.
Although I used to be an 'only' cat I settled in with Mum and my new brofurs and sisfurs straight away and was always happy and carefree. Mum says I have the sweetest nature and was such a good girl. I was particularly kind to the kittens Mum fostered over the years and they were often found cuddled up to me.

Today, 14 January, has always been my 'official' birthday because meowmy never knew the date I was born.
My angel brofurs Poppet, Vivaldi and Albie and my angel sisfurs Annie and Trixie are holding a party for me in the catnip fields down by the stream. Efurrybody is welcome - there'll be lots of yummy treats for all!
