7 Interesting things about Max

I know these lists aren't supposed to start with the best thing, but I couldn't help myself.

1. Max has learned that batting at the venetian blinds in the morning will wake me up to feed him. The sound is terrible and the only way to get him to stop is to put food in his mouth.

2. Max is the only pet in our home who likes all the others and is liked by them back. He can often be found spooning with the other pets.

3. We picked Max out at the animal shelter because he was the loudest talker there.

4. Max is a terrible jumper, but that doesn't stop him from trying and failing daily.

5. Max is ridiculously tolerant...he lets us put clothes on him, he lets us carry him, he lets us trim his claws, he lets us do whatever we want to him.

6. Max will eat anything, including inedible things like Band-Aids.

7. Max is the hungriest cat alive. He has learned to get into the pantry where we keep the dog food, so we had to lock it. He learned to pull the dog's food out of the dog's closed crate with his paws, so we had to move the food. If we leave out a bag of cat food for more than two minutes, it will ahve holes chewed in it.
