Tiger is a rescue kitty from Chicago. He had quite a journey to our home and was bounced from foster home to foster home. He is now in his forever home with us, and his two new sisters, Cassie and Allie. He is a little shy, but is improving daily with his "social skills" He is the most curious cat I have ever seen, likes to play with balloons (under supervision of course), and loves water!

Well, it's been two weeks now. When I first got here, I felt really awful...I had a bad cold and couldn't stop sneezing! My new owners had to take me to the vet's office twice in the first week so I could have IV's. They said I was really dehydrated. I was so sick, I couldn't even move, much less eat or drink anything.
While I was sleeping at my new home, I found a spot to hide in, but it wasn't a very good one, looking back on it, because my owners found me and had to hold me, which I didn't like, and give me food and water through something they called a "syringe" I didn't like it at all, but over time, I started to feel better, so I began to get up and eat and drink water while no one was looking. I still wanted to hide a lot though because they kept having to give me something called antibiotics!
I'm all done with that though. I was allowed to meet my sisters, Allie and Cassie just this past weekend and was allowed to explore the rest of the house. I have stopped sneezing and I can breathe a lot better now! I have found so many wonderful things to play with and I am starting to trust my owners now. I have stopped running away now and *might* let my mom pet me....maybe....we'll have to see about that.
In the meantime, I am content sitting in the window and have been watching the snow this past weekend....reminds me of where I lived before I came to my new home. I have been trying to play with my new sisters, but they are much older than me and sometimes the don't want to play. My biggest sister, Cassie, is a Maine Coon and she likes to play more than Allie...but I think Allie will come around soon.
