I had to go to the vet today for my B12 shot and my weigh-in. I have been feeling pretty well, with only some minor allergy problems, but I have lost four tenths of a pound in just 19 days. The vet is concerned, my last blood test showed me to be borderline anemic and meowmy is afraid my IBD may be getting worse. Especially since I have been eating good.
As for the good news meowmy has orders from the vet to feed me as much boiled chicken breast as I will eat along with my regular canned food. I will be going back in two weeks to be re-weighed, (sooner if meowmy gets paranoid) if there is no improvement we will do another round of blood test.
Keep your paws crossed for me please.
