He can fix his own broken bones! He has at least three broken bones that his old owner's didn't bother to have fixed. They've all healed a little awkwardly but he can get around fine and they don't seem to bother him!

Last summer, a man came into the animal shelter I work at with Harvey claiming he "found" him on the streets as a stray. We scanned for a microchip and found one - it traced back to the "finder"! My best guess is that he didn't want Harvey (then Harley) when he became too old. Harvey was in horrible shape when he came in and was too old to be adopted out so his only option was euthanasia. I LOVE older kitties so I decided that I needed to adopt him and he needed to live out his golden years in a good home.
Bio:
Harvey is a stereotypical "Grumpy Grandpa". He loves to sleep on the couch all day and if you wake him up or move him, he gives a raspy meow to let you know he's upset with you.
