I took the kittens inside and tamed them with the intention of handing them over to a rescue as soon as possible, but I couldn't part with Ridley. I rolled over to see what it was and found myself face first in a huge piece of toffee. Someone from my church had brought it to me the day before and it had been on the counter. My genius cats had dragged it all the way into the bedroom and were chowing down on this giant piece of toffee on my pillow next to my head! I got up and put it in the garbage only to discover the next morning that they had knocked over the garbage bin and dragged it down the hall again.
Honestly, I didn't even know cats liked toffee.
