Arrival Story:
We live on a farm and were feeding a group of feral cats. I kept seeing this little orange Tabby kitten shooting by but he would never come to eat with the rest of them. Once in a while he'd slow down and I'd get a look at him and realized he was missing half of his back leg. I started putting canned Tuna in a cat carrier and after a few days he could no longer resist the smell and hobbled into the carrier where I closed the door and brought him home. We got him to the vet where they decided that a snapping turtle had probably bitten off his leg. You could actually see the teeth marks on the bone. They did immediate surgery on it and we brought him home the next day. He's become a beautiful loving cat and gets around quite well!
