I think I like being 13 now!!!

I'm a Teenager now!! Mum told me this morning when she sang Happy Birthday to me (in her usual screechy tones, MOL!).
We're all having some new food tonight for my birthday tea - it's chicken & pumpkin by Applaws and is furry yummy!! It's only for special occasions 'cos its 75 pence for a small tin and we need lots for our big family!!
Thankyou to sweet Hazel Lucy for my lovely football - I'm going to have great fun with it!!
Thankyou to our besties ALFIE and Chloe for the yummy pink cupcake!!

Poor little Gwinny suffers from ideopathic cystitis and has done for the last 10 years. She has a cystaid tablet in her food every day to help and when she has a bout of it I up the tablets to 2 per day.
Just lately her attacks have become more frequent, whereas she used to have cystitis about every 10 weeks, it's now every 5 to 6 weeks and for the first day or so has some blood in her urine and lasts about 7 days, whereas it used to be about 4 days. We have tried everything at the vets and I don't feel it's good to be constantly on antibiotics as an immunity to them sets in.
Does anyone else have the same problem with their cat or know of any herbal preperations or anything which would help Gwinny. I don't give her dry food at all and there's always a big bowl of water by her bed and another in the bedroom where she lives.
I feel so sorry for her and hate seeing her in so much discomfort.
