I can't believe it's one year since my darling Stumpy left me and flew to the Bridge. We always keep in contact and he often comes to visit me in my dreams - he's the most wonderful and caring husband any kittie could wish for!
He sent me a beautiful diamond ring - I call it my Eternity ring because I know we'll be together for eternity.
Please visit his page - I know he'd love to hear from his earth friends.

Mum woke me up this morning to tell me that Stumpy had sent me a Christmas prezzie! I was so excited I couldn't wait for mum to help me open it!
Inside there was the prettiest hat and collar I had ever seen, sent to me via the lovely Miss Hazel Lucy. The card enclosed had a beautiful message from my darling husband. It brought tears to my eyes and made me feel so loved and lucky to have the best furhusband in the whole wide world! I know he won't mind me sharing it with you. This is what he said:-
"My dearest and only love Cathy
As I am spending time with you
every night, now that I am your
personal guardian angel/husband,
I know how chilly the British winters
can be. Please take this modest gift
of my paws, to keep you warm during
the cold spells. Just like my love will
keep you warm furever.
Your loving husband
Stumpy"
This will be Stumpy's first Christmas at the Bridge so I asked my angel brofur Poppet to arrange a big furamily party for all Stumpy's angel family and my angel brofurs and sisfurs. He said not to worry he had already started planning the party of all parties in honour of Stumpy, who is dearly loved by all. It will be even more special 'cos it will also welcome Stumpy and my dear adopted little angel boy Pickles into our united families.
Much love Stumpy - see you tonight!

Yes, today I'm celebrating my 14th Birthday. Whoopee!!
Actually, this date is the birthday mum gave me many years ago when she rescued me as a poorly, flea ridden, pregnant kittie with cat flu. I was not a young kitty (between 3 and 5 years old) so nobody really knows how old I am (except me of course and I'm not telling!! Don't you know a true lady never reveals her age!!).
Happy Birthdah to the other 149 cats on Catster who are celebrating their birthdays with me and thankyou to Catster for my cake, treats, 5 paws and birthday wishes!
Thankyou also to my wonderful husband Stumpy for the enormous gateau - it's big enough for all my family to share! Although my darling husband went to the Bridge last month he sends me love letters all the time and often comes down to visit me! He's the bestest husband in the whole wide world!!
Did you know that we have a family now!! We adopted sweet little angel Pickles and he's the apple of his dad's eye! Now he's a little older and all healthy again, he accompanies Stumpy on his visits to see me. He's such a little darling boy and we're so lucky to have him. Stumpy says we look adorable together - I'm all black and he's has the most beautiful white fur and he's such a little lovebug!
We'll be having our traditional birthday tea today in my honour. I wonder what it will be!! I hope it's tuna - my favourite!!
Purrs
A very happy Cathykins (that's what Stumpy calls me).

Although my darling husband Stumpy is an angel now, we are constantly in touch with each other and he sends me the sweetest messages. He was, and stilll is the best husband in the world!
This is what he sent to me last night. It filled my heart with joy and replaced some of the sadness I am feeling.
--------------
"my sweetest girl
it is wonderful to be able to be around you so much, and not just in my dreams.
Soon, mom will take a pic of my gravesite, she made such a nice memorial stone for me. From a 10 lb pebble. It says "Stumpy, 10-9-09 Love to the last purr".
Lie still love, I will sprinkle a little angel dust on your arthritic bones now, so you will not have discomfort. Stay close to the fire, love. You can see my face looking at you full of love, in the flames.
always by your side, and in love forever
your Stumpy"
----------
All our friends have been so caring and supporting and I'd like to thank
Buddie, Hazel Lucy, Ciao-Li, Muffin and Jaffa for their pawmails and to all who left such lovely comments to mine and Stumpy's diary entries.
Also thankyou to Orkney and family for the candle,
Chef Rooster and family for the pretty rainbow and
Buddie for the heart.
Love & purrs to you All
Cathy

We're back from our honeymoon at last - after almost 12 glorious, wonderful, pawsome weeks enjoying ourselves to the full!!!
We spent 6 weeks sailing in the beautiful, warm Mediterranean waters off the coast of Almeria, then we slowly made our way round the coast and up to the beautiful town of Cadiz from where we flew home.
We found some beautiful secluded beaches and spent our days swimming and snorkelling in the clear blue Spanish water, eating crabs, sunbathing and playing with our wedding gift from Lulu, Rustle and Jaffa of a pair of spacehoppers. My what fun we've had with those - we kept falling off and dissolving into fits of giggles!!
Stumpy is the best husband any kitty could have - he's so handsome and caring and his sense of humour is second to none! He's also my hero!! We had a very scary experience when a shark tried to come aboard our boat! Stumpy screamed at him and hit him on the head with a big piece of driftwood he found! The shark decided he was defeated and with a flick of his tail swiftly swam away. Stumpy said that if he'd touched a hair on my head he would have knocked him out and taken all his teeth out! MOL. He would have been toothless like us then!!!!
We both felt very sad when our homeymoon came to an end but our pawrents and family were missing us so much we had no alternative but to return home.
On returning home there was a parcel waiting for me. I was intrigued and couldn't think who it could be from??? When I opened it there was the most beautiful, soft Hazel Lucy trankie blankie in a delicate shade of pink and pale green, and a lovely matching collar and a beautiful card from Stumpy which read :-
" A little something
For my only love,
my English Rose Cathy.
We will dream of each other
while lying on our blankets.
From your furever Stumpy."
I wondered where Stumpy had been when he left me on the beach for half-an-hour! Now I know, he had been to phone Hazel Lucy and order me a lovely blankie! Wasn't that sweet of him!
I told you he was the best husband ever!!!

They say 'Tomorrow Never Comes' - that's what I thought - but tomorrow Stumpy and I will at last become husband and wife!
We're having a Summer Solstice Wedding! It's to be held in the Catster Zone so that all our beloved angel siblings and furiends can attend.
The wedding is to be held at 1.00 Catster (Pacific) time and we hope you will be able to come.
We'll be having a finger buffet after the ceremony (less messy for the kittens) and there will be plenty of drinks flowing, including Catmeiser, catnip juice and soft drinks for the tinies!
The link to our wedding is:-
Cathy and Stumpy's Solstice Wedding!
Love & purrs
A very excited Cathy!
