Arrival Story: About three weeks after Greyfur's sister Chloe chose us as her owners, we got a phone call from our neighbor: They had found Chloe's sister! After getting the phone call, I raced over to see her and knew that she needed to join our family. After all, Chloe was a bit unruly and I knew that Greyfur could teach her some manners. However, when I asked Jim, he said no. I knew I needed a plan....So I scooped her up, put her on my shoulder, and walked home. I entered the garage where Jim and his friend were working on a car and it was love at first sight......Jim could not say no. A few hours later, she was at home, with us, Spooks, and her sister Chloe.

Bio: When Greyfur was at our neighbor's in their garage, she got out of her box and jumped inside the blade of their riding lawn mower! When Sarah went in the garage to get her, she couldn't find her and started freaking out! When she finally found her, she was stuck in the blade and not moving. Sarah thought she was dead! Thank goodness she wasn't.
When Greyfur got spayed, the vet stated that her liver was all chewed up and healed over and asked if she had been through any trauma. He said he hadn't seen a liver like that except in cats that had been through an accident. I wonder if it could have been the lawn mower incident? Good thing the vet said that other than looking icky, her liver was just fine.
