Arrival Story: Gabriel is on of the 4 Little Kittens. Their mom, Tammy, a homeless kitty, brought them to the house the day after I caught her and got her fixed. We had to pull them out of the engine compartment of a car they were hiding in.
Bio: Gabriel is an adorable little guy who wants to do his own thing. He is the only long haired kitten of the 4 and just overall seems to be less a part of the group than the other three. Gabriel is closer to Savannah than his brothers.
It was an uneventful day-napping, eating, playing, wrestling-all of the usual kitten activities.
Mom came in our room and noticed we were on the desk looking at something. She looked up and there was a big spider on the wall near the ceiling and heading for the curtains.
Mom went out to get a step stool and when she came back, the spider was gone. She sat on the bed and told us she would just play with us until it came back out from the curtains, but they are small and white and mom did not see the spider up there.
She was petting my brother Kristopher when I came over and she saw I was shaking my head and drooling. Mom knew what I did. I had managed to get that spider and I ate it. She saw me catch and eat a cricket once.
I just kept shaking my head and I was drooling all over. My siblings were following me around trying to see what I was doing. This was not a yummy catch. Mom tried to catch me, but I kept running.
Mom got out some food and I ran over and ate some and it seemed to help with that yucky spider taste. It all made me and mom feel a little queasy.
Mom would like to think I would not do that again, but I hate it if my siblings get something away from me after I caught it. It sure seemed like a good idea in the beginning.
